One year has passed since Russia’s illegal, unprovoked military aggression against the people of Ukraine began. During that time the Ukrainian people have shown the world their courage, defiance, and commitment to defending their country, their principles, and their future.
The European Union and its member states stand united in their unwavering support for Ukraine and firmly condemn Russia’s unprovoked and unjustified military aggression.
Library resources on Ukraine
The Council Library has compiled several products that can help readers gain a deeper understanding of the ever-evolving situation in Ukraine.

The Council Library reading room is open from Monday to Friday from 12.30 to 15.30. The Info Desk operates during office hours from Monday to Friday.
It is open to all staff of the Council of the European Union and the European Council, trainees, permanent representations of member states, staff of other EU institutions and bodies, and to researchers and students upon request. Access to some library holdings may be restricted to on-site consultation.
