Vladimir Putin arrived in Beijing for a working visit, where he will attend the second Belt and Road International Forum.

The Russian President will also hold talks with President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping to discuss the further development of Russian-Chinese comprehensive partnership and strategic cooperation, as well as current regional and international affairs.

In addition to this, a number of bilateral meetings are planned between the President of Russia and the leaders of the countries taking part in the forum.

President of Russia Vladimir Putin: Good afternoon,

I suggest that we go straight to questions and answers. I will try to answer your questions. Go ahead, please.

Question: Mr President, this was your first meeting with Kim Jong-un. There is significant interest towards him as a person around the world. Could you share with us your impressions about him as a person and a politician, and whether you are satisfied with the outcomes of the talks?

Vladimir Putin: Yes, my colleagues and I are all satisfied with the outcomes of the talks. Chairman Kim Jong-un is quite an open person and speaks freely. We had a very detailed conversation on all items on our agenda and discussed them in various aspects, including bilateral relations, sanctions, United Nations, relations with the United States, and, of course, the denuclearisation of the Korean Peninsula, which is the main subject. I can confirm that he is quite an interesting and substantive interlocutor.

Today marks the 104th anniversary of the beginning of the Armenian Genocide.  "We join with the Armenian American community in remembrance of the 1.5 million Armenians who were brutally and systematically massacred by Ottomans during the Armenian Genocide, and we call for its proper and official recognition by the U.S. government," Supreme President George E. Ανοιχτή επιστολή του Δημάρχου Αχαρνών Γιάννη Κασσαβού προς τους νέους ψηφοφόρους από 17 ετών οι οποίοι με βάση πρόσφατο νόμο έχουν δικαίωμα να ασκούν το εκλογικό τους δικαίωμα.

Φίλες και φίλοι 
επικοινωνώ μαζί σας ως Δήμαρχος Αχαρνών για να σας καλέσω να λάβετε μέρος στις δημοτικές εκλογές.
Όπως πιθανότατα γνωρίζετε με έναν πρόσφατο νόμο ορίζεται ως όριο εκλογικού δικαιώματος το 17ο έτος ηλικίας. 
Με αυτόν τον τρόπο δόθηκε η δυνατότητα να αποκτήσουν λόγο και ρόλο οι νέοι, εσείς.
Η γενιά σας έχει υποστεί τις συνέπειες της κρίσης. Όμως παραμένετε το πιο ζωντανό κομμάτι της ελληνικής κοινωνίας. Σε εσάς στηρίζουμε τις ελπίδες μας για μια δίκαιη υπέρβαση των δυσκολιών που αντιμετωπίζουμε.
Το δικαίωμα για ψήφο στα 17 μαζί με την καθιέρωση της απλής αναλογικής στις δημοτικές εκλογές αποτελούν δύο μεγάλα βήματα δημοκρατίας. 
Γιατί το πρώτο συμβολίζει με τον καλύτερο τρόπο ότι η νέα γενιά, όχι μόνον οι εσείς οι 17 ετών αλλά και οι μεγαλύτεροι σας, είστε το μέτρο για να μετρήσουμε όλοι μας τις επιτυχίες και τις αποτυχίες μας.
Το δεύτερο συμβολίζει την θέληση των ενηλίκων για μια δικαιότερη έκφραση της κοινωνίας, για μια αναλογική αντιπροσώπευση.
Γι αυτό σας ζητώ να συμμετέχετε στις εκλογές. Χωρίς τη συμμετοχή σας οι αποφάσεις θα ληφθούν για εσάς χωρίς εσάς. 
Ελάτε να επιδοκιμάσετε ή να αποδοκιμάσετε όσους και εκείνους που εσείς με τα δικά σας κριτήρια και το δικό σας ένστικτο κρίνετε. Η γνώμη σας μετράει.
Ακόμα περισσότερο εδώ στις Αχαρνές και πρωτίστως στο Δήμο Αχαρνών επιθυμώ ως Δήμαρχος να υπάρχει η μεγαλύτερη δυνατή εκπροσώπηση. Και σε κάθε περίπτωση ο Δήμος καθορίζει την καθημερινή μας ζωή, την δική σας καθημερινότητα.
Η συμμετοχή κρίνει το μέτρο δικαιοσύνης στην αξιολόγηση των υποψηφίων. Αλλά και ως πατέρας δύο παιδιών ηλικίας μεταξύ των 20 και 30 ετών, γνωρίζω πόσες φορές με συμβούλευσαν με δίκαιες και χρήσιμες γνώμες και απόψεις.
Ελάτε λοιπόν μαζικά να ψηφίσετε στις εκλογές. Να αφήσετε το σημάδι σας δημοκρατικά στα δημοτικά δρώμενα των Αχαρνών.

ΚΑΤΑΓΓΕΛΙΑ ΓΙΑ ΕΜΠΟΡΙΚΟ ΣΥΛΛΟΓΟ ΑΓΡΙΝΙΟΥ

Ο Σύλλογος Ιδιωτικών Υπαλλήλων «Η ΕΝΩΣΗ», εκπροσωπώντας πανελλαδικά εργαζόμενους στο εμπόριο και την παροχή υπηρεσιών, καταγγέλλει τον Εμπορικό Σύλλογο Αγρινίου για την ανακοίνωση ωραρίου λειτουργίας των καταστημάτων τη Μεγάλη Παρασκευή 26.3.2019 από 11.00 π.μ έως και 18.30μ.μ.

Μια τέτοια λειτουργία καταστημάτων έρχεται σε πλήρη αντίθεση με το Ν. 435/1976 αρθρ.3, σύμφωνα με τον οποίο η Μεγάλη Παρασκευή λογίζεται ως υποχρεωτική αργία για τα καταστήματα και απαγορεύεται η απασχόληση των εργαζομένων και η λειτουργία των καταστημάτων μέχρι τις 13:00.

Για το λόγο αυτό ζητήθηκε από την Επιθεώρηση Εργασιακών Σχέσεων Ακαρνανίας και την Αστυνομική Διεύθυνση Ακαρνανίας να παρέμβουν για τη συμμόρφωση με τις διατάξεις του νόμου, τόσο της Διοίκησης του Εμπορικού Συλλόγου Αγρινίου, όσο και των καταστηματαρχών – μελών του.

Σε κάθε περίπτωση ζητήσαμε να πραγματοποιηθούν έλεγχοι την ημέρα εκείνη για την προστασία των εργαζομένων και των κανόνων δημοσίας τάξεως. Κλιμάκιο της Διοίκησης του Συλλόγου μας θα βρίσκεται στην πόλη του Αγρινίου στις 26.4.2019, για να συλλέξει δειγματοληπτικά αποδείξεις ταμειακών μηχανών και να προβεί, πέραν των δικών ελέγχων των υπηρεσιών, σε αυτοτελείς καταγγελίες και μηνύσεις εφόσον απαιτηθεί κάτι τέτοιο.

Συλλογικά όλοι μαζί μπορούμε να κερδίσουμε το φόβο!
