EU butter prices: 577 €/100 kg, +1.3% up in last 4 weeks;
EU SMP prices: 349 €/100 kg, +3.7% up in last 4 weeks;
EU WMP prices: 432 €/100 kg, +3.5% up in last 4 weeks;
EU cheddar prices: 339 €/100 kg, +0.2% up in last 4 weeks;
Decrease of feed costs (-0.6%) but energy costs up (+7%) in week 4 compared to the previous 4 weeks;
IT spot milk price slightly up, now at 44.3 c/kg. (30/01/2022);
GDT last auction (1/02/2022): general price index +4.1%. Price increased for: SMP (+2.1%), butter (+3.3%), cheddar (+2.4%), butter milk powder (+9.7%) and WMP (+5.8%).
