My ESC News 5 August 2026 - A Weekly Update of ESC Events & Resources   European Heart Journal Open: The evolution of dual antiplatelet therapy in patients with coronary artery disease   The optimal management and personalisation of DAPT in patients presenting with both Acute Coronary Syndromes (ACS) and Chronic Coronary Syndromes (CCS) is a common clinical conundrum. Current ESC Guidelines recommend between one and 12 months of DAPT dependant on the clinical presentation and bleeding risk of the patient.
