Our new exhibition In Bloom: Flowers and Footwear features some of the most beautiful shoes from the museum's collection ~ immerse yourself as the exhibition takes you through how nature and botanicals have influenced shoemaking across centuries and don't forget to take a photo by our terrarium designed by Rye Floral Co! Guiding you through the story of how we have become a society obsessed with shoes, this exhibition features highly coveted shoes in our collection that represents how industrialization drove shoe consumption transforming footwear designers into celebrities and shoes into high-value collectibles. On view until April 2024.

Featuring futuristic footwear designs, from the auto-lacing Nike MAG to the virtual RTFKT x Staple Meta-Pigeon, FUTURE NOW explores how cutting-edge technologies, unexpected materials and new ideas are transforming footwear today. On view until October 2023.

Terrarium Making Workshop
There's only a limited amount of tickets left for our terrarium making workshop with Alex Vella of Alexscapes! Join us on May 13 from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm to create your own terrarium inspired by wabi-sabi.
