Αθήνα 27.3.2023   Τα Fake News του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ σε βάρος του κ. Παπαθανάση   Ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, κατά την προσφιλή του τακτική, χρησιμοποιεί Fake news και προχωράει σε  «δολοφονία χαρακτήρα», αυτή τη φορά του Αναπληρωτή Υπουργού Ανάπτυξης Ν. Παπαθανάση, προκειμένου να πλήξει την Κυβέρνηση. Στην προσπάθειά του αυτή, αδιαφορεί πλήρως για τα πραγματικά στοιχεία και επαναλαμβάνει το γκεμπελικό «πες, πες, κάτι μένει». Παραθέτουμε, λοιπόν, σημείο προς σημείο την αλήθεια απέναντι σε κάθε ψέμα του.   1. Ψέμα: «Ο κ. Παπαθανάσης ρύθμισε χαριστικά τα δάνειά του και διαγράφηκε το 97% των οφειλών του».   Αλήθεια: Ο κ. Παπαθανάσης δεν ρύθμισε κανένα δάνειό του, καθώς από το 2005 έχει αποχωρήσει από εκτελεστική θέση της εταιρίας και παρέμεινε απλός μέτοχος μέχρι και το 2016, όπου μεταβίβασε τις μετοχές του και ουδεμία πλέον σχέση με την εν λόγω εταιρία και την υπό εξέλιξη διαδικασία εξυγίανσής της.   2. Ψέμα: «Δάνεια 1,8 εκ ευρώ ρυθμίστηκαν χαριστικά με μόλις 50.000 ευρώ».   Αλήθεια: Από την ανακοίνωση της ίδιας της Τράπεζας Eurobank, προκύπτει ξεκάθαρα ότι: «Οι ανακτήσεις ανέρχονται στο ποσό των €550.000 περίπου, σε μετρητά, που αντιστοιχεί στο 52% του λογιστικού υπολοίπου της απαίτησης. Εάν συμπεριληφθούν και οι αποπληρωμές κεφαλαίου κατά την περίοδο εξυπηρέτησης, το ύψος των ανακτήσεων φθάνει περίπου στο 75% του αρχικού κεφαλαίου της πίστωσης».   3. Ψέμα: «Ο κ. Παπαθανάσης χρωστάει στον ΕΦΚΑ και στο Δημόσιο».   Αλήθεια: Ο κ. Παπαθανάσης δεν χρωστάει ούτε ένα ευρώ στον ΕΦΚΑ και στο Δημόσιο, όπως αποδεικνύεται και από την ασφαλιστική και φορολογική ενημερότητα που έχει στη διάθεσή του.   4. Ψέμα: «Κουρεύτηκαν τα δάνεια του κ. Παπαθανάση όταν δεν γίνεται αντίστοιχη αντιμετώπιση για κανέναν άλλον πολίτη».   Αλήθεια: Ο κ. Παπαθανάσης έχει λάβει στεγαστικό δάνειο για την οικία του και το συγκεκριμένο δάνειο εξυπηρετείται κανονικά μέχρι σήμερα και δεν έχει τύχει καμίας απολύτως ρύθμισης.   5. Ψέμα: «Η Eurobank δεν κίνησε τις δέουσες διαδικασίες σε βάρος του κ. Παπαθανάση».   Αλήθεια: Στην περίπτωση της εγγύησης του κ. Παπαθανάση ακολουθήθηκαν όλες οι νόμιμες διαδικασίες και ενέργειες εκ μέρους του χρηματοπιστωτικού ιδρύματος κατά τη συνήθη πρακτική που ακολουθείται σε αντίστοιχες υποθέσεις. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, το 2015 η τράπεζα Eurobank κινήθηκε νομικά σε βάρος του κ. Παπαθανάση ως εγγυητή για δάνεια που είχε λάβει η τεχνική εταιρία, καθώς διαπίστωσε ότι το έτος 2010 είχε πραγματοποιηθεί γονική παροχή του μεριδίου 50% επί της οικίας του στα τρία παιδιά του και η οποία μεταβίβαση είχε πραγματοποιηθεί σε χρόνο που η εταιρία σημείωνε σημαντικά κέρδη και κανείς δεν μπορούσε να φανταστεί ότι θα αντιμετώπιζε οικονομικές δυσκολίες το επόμενο διάστημα. Το έτος 2019, η αγωγή της τράπεζας εκδικάστηκε και εκδόθηκε σε βάρος του κ. Παπαθανάση μια πρωτόδικη απόφαση εναντίον της οποίας ο τελευταίος άσκησε αρχικά έφεση, ενώ στη συνέχεια επήλθε και εξωδικαστικός συμβιβασμός πληρώνοντας τίμημα που αξιολογήθηκε από την τράπεζα ότι ήταν άνω του ποσού που θα μπορούσε να λάβει δικαστικά, καθώς η εν λόγω τράπεζα ήταν η δεύτερη που είχε προσημείωση στο συγκεκριμένο ακίνητο και δεν μπορούσε να διεκδικήσει μεγαλύτερο ποσό από αυτό που τελικά έλαβε από τον κ. Παπαθανάση. Ο εν λόγω συμβιβασμός επικυρώθηκε ουσιαστικά από το εφετείο το οποίο κατήργησε τη δίκη και αποδέχτηκε τον συμβιβασμό αυτόν, εξαφανίζοντας την πρωτόδικη απόφαση στην οποία με τόση σπουδή αναφέρεται ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ.   6. Ψέμα: «Ο κ. Παπαθανάσης καθάρισε χωρίς καμία περαιτέρω επιβάρυνση για το θέμα της εγγύησης του εξαφανίζοντας την εγγυητική του ευθύνη».   Αλήθεια: Παρά το ότι ο κ. Παπαθανάσης προχώρησε σε εξωδικαστικό συμβιβασμό μετά την πρωτόδικη απόφαση εναντίον της οποίας άσκησε έφεση και δια της αποδοχής του συμβιβασμού που συνοδεύτηκε με την καταβολή σημαντικού ποσού, έχει κάνει ρητή δήλωση σε προγενέστερο χρόνο στην τράπεζα ότι σε οποιαδήποτε περίπτωση εξυγίανσης της εταιρίας παραμένει στο ακέραιο υπεύθυνος ως προς την εγγύησή του, παρά το γεγονός ότι σε αντίστοιχες περιπτώσεις εξυγίανσης δεν θα υποχρεούτο να παραμείνει.

It’s a pleasure to be back in Bucharest. Today we discussed important issues for our European continent. I will focus on three: EU support for Ukraine, Moldova and the Schengen area and border management Russia continues to attack the free people of Ukraine. And they continue to fight back bravely to defend their freedom. The European Union will continue to support Ukraine for as long as necessary. Just a few weeks ago, President Zelenskyy attended our European Council meeting in Brussels. He made one thing perfectly clear: Ukraine needs more ammunition. Urgently. And we have responded quickly and decisively. We are again stepping up our military support. Last week, we agreed to urgently deliver one million rounds of ammunition to Ukraine. We will massively ramp up our production capacity. Klaus, a special thanks to Romania for your contribution to our financial, military, and humanitarian support to Ukraine. And for establishing a Union Civil Protection Mechanism logistic hub to channel EU assistance to Ukraine. Romania has also played a key role in making our Solidarity Lanes a success. This has brought vital revenue to Ukraine. But I know this has adversely affected Romanian farmers. The EU has mobilised over 50 million euros for farmers from front-line states. But we should look into increasing this amount. You know I fully support your call on that important question. Klaus, I want to personally thank you for Romania’s efforts in welcoming over 115,000 Ukrainian refugees. And for the international humanitarian hub that has helped the transit of more than 70 international assistance missions. This shows the true spirit of European solidarity. At last week’s European Council, we also sent a strong message of solidarity to the people of Moldova. And we asked the European Commission to present a support package for Moldova before the summer. We reaffirmed our unwavering support for Moldova’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. In recent months, you have mentioned it, Russia and its proxies have stepped up their efforts to destabilise the country. Weaponsing energy, conducting cyber-attacks, staging protests, and other subversive activities. We strongly condemn these attempts to destabilise Moldova. They must stop immediately. We continue our comprehensive support for Moldova. To bolster its security, stability, and resilience. It’s important that we launch the new Common Security and Defence Policy mission in Moldova as soon as possible. I will be indeed in Chisinau tomorrow, where I will reaffirm our steadfast support. As a candidate for EU membership, the people of Moldova begin a journey towards our European family. And we will be right by their side. I’m grateful to the government — and the people of Romania — for their solidarity with Moldova. Today, again, we also discussed the Schengen area and the importance of effectively managing the EU’s external borders. I would like to reiterate that I fully support Romania’s efforts to become a fully-fledged member of the Schengen area. I’m pleased to see that the pilot project of EU external border control was successfully launched earlier this month. Dear President, thank you again, for your warm welcome. Οι Οινοποιοί της Κρήτης (Wines of Crete) στην PROWEIN, τη μεγαλύτερη Διεθνή Έκθεση Κρασιού


Οι Οινοποιοί της Κρήτης (Wines of Crete) βρέθηκαν στο Düsseldorf της Γερμανίας στις 19 με 21 Μαρτίου, όπου με την σημαντική υποστήριξη της Περιφέρειας Κρήτης συμμετείχαν στην διεθνή έκθεση κρασιού PROWEIN. Το Επιμελητήριο Ηρακλείου στήριξε επίσης την συμμετοχή των μελών του. Η PROWEIN, αποτελεί τη μεγαλύτερη διεθνή έκθεση για τον κλάδο του οίνου και των αλκοολούχων ποτών. Σύμφωνα με επίσημα στοιχεία της έκθεσης, τη φετινή χρονιά συμμετείχαν πάνω από 6.000 εκθέτες προερχόμενοι από 60 έθνη, ενώ 49.000 επαγγελματίες από 141 χώρες επισκέφτηκαν την έκθεση.

Στο περίπτερο της Κρήτης συμμετείχαν 8 κρητικά οινοποιεία, Ένωση Ηρακλείου, Ιδαία Οινοποιητική, Κτήμα Μιχαλάκη, Κτήμα Τοπλού, Οινοποιείο Διαμαντάκη, Οινοποιείο Δουλουφάκη, Οινοποιείο Μηλιαράκη και Οινοποιείο Λυραράκη. Επίσης υπήρχε ένα ενιαίο wine bar που οι επισκέπτες είχαν τη δυνατότητα να δοκιμάσουν ετικέτες από 36 οινοποιεία του νησιού και να πληροφορηθούν για τον Κρητικό αμπελώνα. Πλήθος επαγγελματιών επισκέφθηκαν το ενιαίο wine bar που υποστήριζε η οινοχόος Υρώ Κολιακουδάκη, Dip WSET.

Η Αντιπεριφερειάρχης Πρωτογενή τομέα κα Ειρήνη Χουδετσανάκη – Γιακουμάκη δήλωσε: «Στόχος της συμμετοχής μας ήταν η ανάδειξη της μοναδικότητας των τοπικών μας ποικιλιών και η εξαιρετική ποιότητα των κρασιών της Κρήτης σε ένα ευρύ εμπορικό δίκτυο, αλλά και σε ένα εξαιρετικά εκπαιδευμένο καταναλωτικό κοινό. Είχαμε την ευκαιρία για μια ακόμη φορά, να προωθήσουμε τα Κρητικά κρασιά σε νέες, πολύ ενδιαφέρουσες από άποψη εξαγωγικών δραστηριοτήτων αγορών του εξωτερικού, να αυξήσουμε την αναγνωρισιμότητά τους και να διευρύνουμε την εμπορική δραστηριότητα των Κρητικών οινικών επιχειρήσεων.

Σε συνέχεια της εποικοδομητική συνεργασίας που έχουμε αναπτύξει με το Δίκτυο Οινοποιών Κρήτης και τους Παραγωγούς μας, επιδιώκουμε την ενίσχυση της ανοδικής πορείας του Κρητικού Κρασιού στις αγορές (εγχώριες & διεθνείς) με στόχο να καταστήσουμε την Κρήτη τουριστικό προορισμό και στον Τομέα της Οινοποιίας».

Όπως δήλωσε ο Πρόεδρος Δ.Σ. του Δικτύου Οινοποιών κ. Νίκος Μηλιαράκης: «Οι Οινοποιοί της Κρήτης συνεχίζουν τις δράσεις εξωστρέφειας και σε μία πολύ απαιτητική χρονιά η Κρήτη με την στήριξη της Περιφέρειας Κρήτης έδωσε δυναμικό παρόν στην Prowein. Συνεχίζεται η συνεργασία και οι συνέργειες της Περιφέρειας Κρήτης με το Wines of Crete, στοχεύοντας στην προβολή της Κρήτης ως σημαντική οινοπαραγωγική περιοχή αλλά και ως οινικό προορισμό».

Επόμενη στάση για το Κρητικό κρασί είναι τα ΟιΝοτικά στην Λευκωσία της Κύπρου, την Κυριακή 2 Απριλίου 2023, στο The Royal Hall.

Today, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) published its first set of guidance materials to aid the public, and in particular the small business community, in understanding upcoming beneficial ownership information (BOI) reporting requirements taking effect on January 1, 2024. The new regulations require many corporations, limited liability companies, and other entities created in or registered to do business in the United States to report information about their beneficial owners—the persons who ultimately own or control the company—to FinCEN.

Yesterday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau spoke with the Prime Minister of New Zealand, Chris Hipkins.

Prime Minister Trudeau congratulated Prime Minister Hipkins on his appointment and expressed his condolences to the people of New Zealand following Cyclone Gabrielle and earlier flooding across the country’s North Island.

The two leaders reaffirmed the close friendship and strong collaboration between Canada and New Zealand. They discussed opportunities to further strengthen the partnership between the two countries in areas such as combatting violent extremism, promoting peace and security, continuing the fight against climate change, advancing trade that creates good jobs and grows the middle class – including through the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership – and upholding the rules-based international order.

The leaders also spoke about advancing meaningful reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples and generating economic growth that benefits everyone.

Prime Minister Trudeau underscored the importance of New Zealand as a partner and ally in the region.

The prime ministers discussed Russia’s unjustifiable invasion of Ukraine. They agreed to continue to work closely together and with international partners to stand up to Russian aggression and support the people of Ukraine.

Prime Minister Trudeau and Prime Minister Hipkins agreed to keep working closely together to address common interests and challenges in the Indo-Pacific region and around the world.
