My ESC News 14 October 2026 - A Weekly Update of ESC Events & Resources   CHAIN launched: a new era for AI in cardiovascular care   A major new European initiative is set to transform how AI and health data are used in cardiovascular medicine. CHAIN (Cardiovascular Health Data and AI Network), led by the ESC and supported by €20 million from the EU4Health Programme, brings together 53 partners from 20 countries to accelerate the safe, effective and equitable adoption of AI in cardiovascular care. CHAIN will create the infrastructure needed to validate and scale trusted AI solutions that improve prevention, diagnosis and patient care.
