My ESC News 13 May 2026 - A Weekly Update of ESC Events & Resources   European Heart Journal - Valvular and Structural Heart Disease: Multimodality assessment of right ventricular function in tricuspid regurgitation and its impact on outcomes in patients undergoing transcatheter tricuspid valve interventions   This multicentre retrospective study enrolled 185 patients undergoing transcatheter tricuspid valve interventions. A multi-slice cardiac computed tomography, echocardiography, and right heart catheterisation were performed on all patients to determine the predictive value of changes in the right ventricular (RV) geometry, function, and RV–pulmonary artery (RV–PA) coupling on mortality. After a median follow-up of 316 days, were these imaging parameters predictive of worse outcomes? What is the impact of baseline clinical factors and residual tricuspid regurgitation on outcomes?
