TTB to Present at World Brewing Congress We will be giving a presentation on Methods of Analysis at this year’s World Brewing Congress in Minneapolis, MN. World Brewing Congress will be held August 17-20, at the Minneapolis Convention Center. The presentation will cover laboratory analysis requirements, evaluation of reduced-gluten beers, TTB’s Chemist Certification Program, and nutrient content. It will take place on August 19, from 10 - 11:15 a.m., in Room 101 A-J. TTB Scientific Services Division
