Delegate Reporting Deadline Approaches!
Don't forget, because we have an international convention this year, the deadline for delegate reporting is earlier so convention preparation can be completed in time.
If your chapter is sending delegates to Cyprus this summer, please make sure they have reported their names to headquarters by March 1st via US Mail (if mailed, postmark must be 3/1 or earlier), fax to 202-232-2140, or email to admin@ahepa.org.
If you are planning on coming to Cyprus and are not sure if your chapter has reported delegates, now is the time to contact your chapter officers to make sure your names are in so you will be able to represent them.
Finally, please remember that all delegates and alternates will need to be current on their 2024 dues in order to pick up their packages and vote at convention. Please make plans to pay your dues before you arrive in Cyprus.
