Διεθνής Εβδομάδα Δημοσιογραφίας 2022 από το iMEdD: A Matter of Trust Πρώτη παρουσίαση των ευρημάτων της πανελλαδικής έρευνας του iMEdD 74% του κοινού δηλώνει λίγη ή καθόλου εμπιστοσύνη στους δημοσιογράφους 65% των δημοσιογράφων δηλώνει πως λογοκρίνεται ενίοτε ή συστηματικά Ξεκινά την Τετάρτη η Διεθνής Εβδομάδα Δημοσιογραφίας που πραγματοποιείται από το iMEdD από τις 5 ως τις 9 Οκτωβρίου 2022 στην καρδιά της Αθήνας, στο εμβληματικό κτίριο του Ωδείου Αθηνών.  Τα ευρήματα της έρευνας θα συζητηθούν αναλυτικά την Τετάρτη 5 Οκτωβρίου στις 18:00 στο πάνελ Zήτημα Εμπιστοσύνης: Η Οπτική του Κοινού, στο οποίο μπορεί να συμμετέχει το κοινό ώστε να συζητήσει ανοιχτά με τη δημοσιογραφική κοινότητα -μέσω ηλεκτρονικής εγγραφής εδώ. Στη διάρκεια του πενθημέρου, πρόκειται να συμμετάσχουν περισσότερα από 500 μέλη της δημοσιογραφικής κοινότητας και 100+ καταξιωμένοι Έλληνες και διεθνείς ομιλητές, και εκπρόσωποι ανεξάρτητων Οργανισμών, όπως η Christiane Amanpour - Επικεφαλής διεθνών ειδήσεων του CNN, ο Jamie Angus - Chief Operating Officer του Al Arabiya και ο Pavol Szalai - Επικεφαλής του Γραφείου ΕΕ/Βαλκανίων στο RSF. Οργανισμοί όπως οι: BIRN, EDJNet, European Press Prize, ICIJ, Solomon, και Reporters Without Borders θα συμμετέχουν στον ειδικά διαμορφωμένο χώρο του Media Village ενώ θα μπορέσουν να επιμεληθούν ξεχωριστά sessions για το όραμα και τις δράσεις τους.   OI ΕΓΓΡΑΦΕΣ ΘΑ ΠΑΡΑΜΕΙΝΟΥΝ ΑΝΟΙΧΤΕΣ ΜΕΧΡΙ ΤΗ ΔΕΥΤΕΡΑ 03/10 - 12:00 REGISTRATION WILL BE OPEN UNTIL MONDAY, OCTOBER 3, 12:00 International Journalism Week 2022 by iMEdD: A Matter of Trust First presentation of the findings of the iMEdD nationwide survey - 74% of the public say they have little or no trust in journalists - 65% of journalists say they are sometimes or systematically censored The International Journalism Week, organised by iMEdD to be held from 5 to 9 October 2022, starts on Wednesday in the heart of Athens, at the iconic Athens Conservatoire.  The findings of the survey will be discussed in detail on Wednesday 5 October at 18:00 during the "A Matter of Trust: the Audience's Angle" panel where the public is also invited to attend and openly discuss with journalists via registering online HERE.   During the five-day event, more than 500 members of the journalism community and 100+ renowned Greek and international speakers, and representatives of independent organisations, such as Christiane Amanpour - Head of International News at CNN, Jamie Angus - Chief Operating Officer of Al Arabiya and Pavol Szalai - Head of the EU/Balkans Office at RSF are expected to participate. Organizations such as BIRN, EDJNet, European Press Prize, ICIJ, Solomon, and Reporters Without Borders will participate in the specially designed Media Village space and will be able to curate separate sessions on their vision and activities. Διάλογοι του Ιδρύματος Σταύρος Νιάρχος (ΙΣΝ): Σύγχρονες πολιτικές αξίες και αρχαίο δράμα Οι Διάλογοι του ΙΣΝ σε μια συζήτηση για τα διαχρονικά, πολιτικά μηνύματα του αρχαίου δράματος και τη σημασία τους στο τώρα. Η σύγχρονη παγκόσμια πολιτική πραγματικότητα και η άρρηκτη σύνδεση της με το διαχρονικό αρχαίο δράμα, αποτέλεσαν το επίκεντρο της 54ης συζήτησης των Διαλόγων του ΙΣΝ, που πραγματοποιήθηκε την Τετάρτη 28 Σεπτεμβρίου στην ταράτσα του ΕΜΣΤ (Εθνικό Μουσείο Σύγχρονης Τέχνης). Κοινό και ομιλητές επιχείρησαν να αναζητήσουν πολιτικές αξίες, όπως διατυπώνονται στα αρχαία θεατρικά κείμενα, και να αναδείξουν τη διάσταση τους στη σημερινή εποχή της οξείας πόλωσης. Μέσα από μια ανοιχτή συζήτηση και τις ερωτήσεις του κοινού, οι Διάλογοι αναζήτησαν τον τρόπο με τον οποίο τα αρχαία θεατρικά κείμενα συνδέονται με τη δημόσια ζωή, με άξονα την αντοχή τους στο χρόνο και τις πολιτικοκοινωνικές αλλαγές.   Στη συζήτηση των Διαλόγων συμμετείχε η Ειρήνη Μουντράκη, Θεατρολόγος, Υπεύθυνη Δραματολογίου, Βιβλιοθήκης, Αρχείου & Διεθνών Σχέσεων Εθνικού Θεάτρου και ο Επίτιμος και Ομότιμος Καθηγητής Τμήματος Θεατρικών Σπουδών ΕΚΠΑ, Βάλτερ Πούχνερ.  Τους Διαλόγους επιμελείται και συντονίζει η Άννα-Κύνθια Μπουσδούκου και υλοποιούνται με τη δημοσιογραφική επιμέλεια του μη κερδοσκοπικού δημοσιογραφικού οργανισμού iMEdD (incubator for Media Education and Development). Echoes from theater traditions in ancient Athens that continue to reverberate across the millennia in current global politics were the focus of the 54th SNF Dialogues discussion, which took place on Wednesday, September 28, on the roof of the National Museum of Contemporary Art in Athens. The audience and the speakers identified themes in ancient plays, as well as ways in which ancient theater was inextricably intertwined with civic participation, that still resonate in today’s environment of omnipresent polarization. Through an open discussion enlivened by questions from the audience, which included students, the Dialogues explored how ancient drama can shed light on contemporary public life, focusing on the lasting relevance of dramatic works over time and on political and social change.   The Dialogues discussion featured Irene Mountraki, Dramaturg and Head of Drama, Library, Archive & International Relations Departments at the National Theatre of Greece, and Walter Puchner, Professor of Theatre Studies, Emeritus, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. The Dialogues are curated and moderated by Anna-Kynthia Bousdoukou and are held through journalism nonprofit iMEdD (incubator for Media Education and Development).
