● Συμβούλιο της Ε.Ε   05/12/2024 11:16 | Δελτίο τύπου | Αποκλεισμοί οδήγησης: Το Συμβούλιο υιοθετεί διαπραγματευτική θέση για τη βελτίωση της οδικής ασφάλειας στην ΕΕ   Για να βελτιωθεί η οδική ασφάλεια σε όλη την Ευρώπη, το Συμβούλιο ενέκρινε σήμερα τη διαπραγματευτική του θέση (γενική προσέγγιση) σχετικά με πρόταση της Επιτροπής σχετικά με ορισμένες αποκλίσεις οδήγησης που αποτελούν μέρος της λεγόμενης νομοθετικής δέσμης για την «οδική ασφάλεια». Σύμφωνα με την πρόταση, το κράτος μέλος που εξέδωσε την άδεια οδήγησης («κράτος μέλος έκδοσης») θα υποχρεωθεί να εφαρμόσει, υπό συγκεκριμένες προϋποθέσεις και σύμφωνα με τη δική του εθνική νομοθεσία, αποκλεισμό οδήγησης που επιβάλλεται σε παραβάτη οδικής κυκλοφορίας από άλλο μέλος. κράτος στο οποίο έχει διαπραχθεί η σοβαρή οδική παράβαση («κράτος μέλος της παράβασης»). «Αυτό είναι ένα βασικό νομοσχέδιο για την οδική ασφάλεια στην Ευρώπη. Με τον τερματισμό της σχετικής ατιμωρησίας των σοβαρών παραβατών της τροχαίας που δεν είναι κάτοικοι κάτοικοι, ο νέος νόμος – μόλις εγκριθεί – θα βελτιώσει την ασφάλεια στους ευρωπαϊκούς δρόμους. Οι οδηγοί στους οποίους αφαιρέθηκε η άδεια οδήγησης σε ένα κράτος μέλος για σοβαρές παραβάσεις των κανόνων οδικής κυκλοφορίας, θα αποσυρθούν από τους δρόμους σε όλη την ΕΕ». — Bálint Nagy, Υπουργός Μεταφορών της Ουγγαρίας Ένας από τους κύριους στόχους της πολιτικής μεταφορών της ΕΕ είναι η βελτίωση της οδικής ασφάλειας και η μείωση των θανάτων, των τραυματισμών και των υλικών ζημιών. Σημαντικό στοιχείο αυτής της πολιτικής είναι η συνεπής επιβολή των κυρώσεων για οδικές παραβάσεις που διαπράττονται στην ΕΕ. Στην άτυπη συνάντησή τους στη Βαλέτα τον Μάρτιο του 2017, οι υπουργοί μεταφορών της ΕΕ ζήτησαν δράση για το ζήτημα της αμοιβαίας αναγνώρισης των αποκλεισμών οδήγησης που αφορούν οδηγούς μη κατοίκους. Ως εκ τούτου, το εν λόγω σχέδιο οδηγίας αποσκοπεί στον τερματισμό της σχετικής ατιμωρησίας των σοβαρών παραβατών οδικής κυκλοφορίας που δεν είναι κάτοικοι στην Ευρώπη.

When a blank sheet of paper starts its journey from an idea to a fabric and then transforms into a garment, the hand of the creator is led by a higher force. Only they know. When designing garments for women, how do designers look at who might wear them? What kind of charisma do these women have? What are they like?
We asked 9 Portuguese designers to choose 9 women. No requirements. Just women. Charismatic, strong and independent women. Ana Sofia Martins, Ana Tang, Cristina Filipe, Gaya de Medeiros, Isabel Branco, Laura Rueff, Sara Carvalho, Vera Deus and Vitória Mota were the designers chosen by Luís Carvalho, Joana Duarte (Béhen), Lidija Kolovrat, Nuno Baltazar, Luís Buchinho, Dino Alves, Davii, Arndes and Pedro Pedro. On the following pages, they are the living showcases of various garments created with love.

2024 is coming to an end; but the work of think tanks continues.  

As we gear-up for the 2025 School for Thinktankers in Barcelona in February, we are also announcing the 2025 On Think Tanks (OTT) Annual Conference. 

The 2025 OTT Conference, will be hosted by the South African Institute for International Affairs (SAIIA) and the New South Institute (NSI) in Johannesburg, South Africa on 16-18 June.   

OTT Conference brings together thinktankers, funders, policymakers and experts from around the world to exchange knowledge and experience, establish and strengthen partnerships and co-develop solutions to common sector challenges.  

The 2025 OTT Conference will focus on think tanks and impact. It builds upon past discussions by exploring the multiple spaces and ways in which think tanks can contribute towards meaningful evidence informed change. 

Every year we pay attention to ensure a good mix of participants. OTT Conferences are trully global. 

If you have been to one of our conferences in the past or are part of our alumni network you will have received an invitation already. 

But if you have yet to receive an invitation or would like to be invited to the conference, please complete this form.
