● Council of the EU   20/09/2022 17:03 | Press release | EU-Australia: Council adopts decision for the conclusion of a framework agreement   The Council adopted today a decision on the conclusion of the framework agreement between the European Union and its member states, and Australia. This decision clears the path, on the EU side, for the entry into force of the agreement by late October 2022. This ambitious agreement contributes significantly to the improvement of the partnership between the EU and Australia, a partnership which is based on joint values and principles, including respect for democratic principles, human rights and fundamental freedoms, the rule of law, international peace and security. It will guide future engagement between the two parties and enable them to tackle challenges in foreign and security policy, sustainable development, climate change, and economic and trade matters. The agreement also includes cooperation in a broad range of policy areas such as health, the environment, energy, education, culture, labour, disaster management, fisheries and maritime affairs, transport, legal cooperation, money laundering and terrorist financing, organised crime, and corruption. Η τροπολογία τιμά τα όσα είπε ο Πρωθυπουργός στην Διεθνή Εκθεση Θεσσαλονίκης

"...3. Πετρέλαιο θέρμανσης

Τέλος προβλέπεται η μείωση της τιμής στο πετρέλαιο θέρμανσης κατά 20 λεπτά το λίτρο στην αντλία, από τις 15 Οκτωβρίου έως και τις 31 Δεκεμβρίου, με πρόβλεψη για επέκταση του μέτρου εάν χρειαστεί.

Συγκεκριμένα η τροπολογία προβλέπει: «επιδοτείται, από τον Κρατικό Προϋπολογισμό, το κόστος του πετρελαίου εσωτερικής καύσης-θέρμανσης που διατίθεται στην εσωτερική αγορά από την 15η Οκτωβρίου 2022 έως την 31η Δεκεμβρίου 2022. Το ύψος της επιδότησης ορίζεται σε 0,20 ευρώ ανά λίτρο και τίθενται εξουσιοδοτικές διατάξεις αναφορικά με τη διαδικασία χορήγησης της επιδότησης, τον μηχανισμό εκκαθάρισης, καθώς και τη δυνατότητα παράτασης και αναπροσαρμογής του ποσού της επιδότησης».

Επίσης στην ίδια τροπολογία προβλέπεται και η αύξηση του φοιτητικού επιδόματος από τα 1.000 ευρώ στα 1.500 ευρώ και στα 2.000 ευρώ για εκείνους που συγκατοικούν..."

Ο Υπουργός Υγείας Θάνος Πλεύρης υπέγραψε σήμερα την απόφαση για την ένταξη στο θεσμό του Προσωπικού Ιατρού όλων των παθολογικών ειδικοτήτων.

Σύμφωνα με την απόφαση ως Προσωπικοί Ιατροί, ορίζονται και οι ιατροί ειδικότητας με βασική εκπαίδευση Παθολογία και συγκεκριμένα α) αιματολογίας, β) γαστρεντερολογίας, γ) ενδοκρινολογίας-διαβητολογίας, δ) καρδιολογίας, ε) νευρολογίας, στ) νεφρολογίας, ζ) ρευματολογίας, η) παθολογικής ογκολογίας, θ) πνευμονολογίας-φυματιολογίας και ι) φυσικής ιατρικής και αποκατάστασης, οι οποίοι ασκούν ελευθέριο επάγγελμα και διατηρούν ιδιωτικό ιατρείο.

Στον θεσμό του Προσωπικού Ιατρού υπογραμμίζεται ότι έχουν εγγραφεί μέχρι σήμερα περισσότεροι από 3.800.000 πολίτες.

The Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, today attended the State Funeral in London, United Kingdom, for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Prime Minister Trudeau expressed thanks on behalf of all Canadians for The Queen’s lifetime of service to the Commonwealth and its people. Her Late Majesty’s dedication to Canada and Canadians will forever remain an important part of our country’s history.

To honour Her Majesty’s lifelong commitment to duty and service, Prime Minister Trudeau announced that Canada will donate $20 million to the Queen Elizabeth Scholars (QES) program, which provides funding for university exchange projects that give Canadian students the opportunity to study abroad and attract top talent and international research leaders to Canada. This gift will ensure the program’s continued operation into the future.

In London, Prime Minister Trudeau travelled to Westminster Hall to pay his respects to Her Majesty The Queen during the late-Sovereign’s lying-in-state. He also signed the book of condolences.

Prime Minister Trudeau also received an audience with His Majesty King Charles III, where he personally extended condolences to the Royal Family on behalf of Canadians and affirmed the Government of Canada’s loyalty as he commences his reign.

The Prime Minister then attended the State Funeral service at Westminster Abbey and the committal ceremony for the interment of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle.

During his visit, Prime Minister Trudeau also met with Prime Ministers where the Queen is Head of State, including the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Elizabeth Truss, and the Prime Minister of Australia, Anthony Albanese, to remember Her Late Majesty’s extraordinary service. He also met with the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal.

• To commemorate Her Majesty and to highlight her important connection to Canada, many buildings and landmarks from coast to coast to coast visited by Her Majesty have been illuminated in a royal blue hue on the eve of the funeral.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau meets with Prime Minister of Australia Anthony Albanese

Today, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau met with the Prime Minister of Australia, Anthony Albanese. Both were in London for the State Funeral for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The leaders noted the Queen’s exceptional life-long commitment to service that inspired people around the world. 

The two prime ministers condemned Russia’s ongoing military aggression against the territorial integrity, sovereignty, and independence of Ukraine, and discussed their commitment to further supporting the country.

The prime ministers reaffirmed their shared commitment to combatting climate change. The leaders agreed to strengthen their cooperation on climate action, including to ensure a successful 15th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP15) to the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity, and in the lead up to the 27th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP27) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. The prime ministers also discussed cooperation on the global supply of critical minerals.

Prime Minister Trudeau and Prime Minister Albanese discussed recent developments in China and the broader Indo-Pacific region. They reaffirmed the importance of working together with partners and allies to promote regional stability, and uphold the rules-based international order, including within the G20.

The two leaders committed to continue their close cooperation on shared priorities, including advancing gender equality, achieving meaningful reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples, and securing economic growth that benefits everyone.

The Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, today issued the following statement on Gender Equality Week:

“Today marks the beginning of Gender Equality Week in Canada, which runs until September 24. This week is an opportunity to highlight contributions women and gender-diverse people have made – and continue to make – in shaping our country, and to celebrate how far we have come, here at home and around the world.

“There is still much work to do. We know that gender equality benefits everyone: it helps grow the economy, leads to greater health and happiness, and promotes peace and security. This year’s theme – Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities – inspires us to continue working together to break down the systemic barriers women and gender-diverse people face to success. That’s why the Government of Canada is delivering on our promise to build a Canada-wide Early Learning and Child Care system, which is helping reduce child care costs this year. We know that when we invest in child care, we support women’s participation in the workforce and grow the economy.

“Canada is a leader and a champion for gender equality, both domestically and abroad. In recent years, we have supported hundreds of projects and initiatives across the country to make sure everyone can feel safe, regardless of their gender. On the world stage, Canada is supporting sexual and reproductive health and rights to help ensure that women and girls around the world have access to the quality health services they need the most. «Η εκδήλωση αυτή του ΕλληνογερμανικούΕπιμελητηρίου μετά την ομιλία του Πρωθυπουργού στη ΔΕΘ είναι θεσμός πλέον, έχει δίκιο ο κύριος Καραφάτης, κι εμείς ως ηγεσία του Υπουργείου Ανάπτυξης και Επενδύσεων συμμετέχουμε κάθε χρόνο με πολύ μεγάλη χαρά σε αυτό το θεσμό.

​Και η αγάπη που αισθανόμαστε για εσάς και η εκτίμηση για όσα έχετε προσφέρει στην Ελληνική οικονομία ευρύτερα, αλλά και στην πόλη της Θεσσαλονίκης ειδικότερα, είναι πάρα πολύ μεγάλη. ​Θα ήθελα εισαγωγικά να κάνω μία αναφορά ειδικότερη στο Ελληνογερμανικό Επιμελητήριο. Εξοχότατε κύριε Πρέσβη της Ομοσπονδιακής Δημοκρατίας της Γερμανίας στην Ελλάδα, εξοχοτάτηκυρία Πρόξενε, θέλω να πω ότι το ΕλληνογερμανικόΕπιμελητήριο αποτελεί έναν πραγματικό συνεργάτη της ελληνικής κυβερνήσεως.

​Η Γερμανία είναι η χώρα με παραδοσιακά τις μεγαλύτερες επενδύσεις στην Ελλάδα. Είναι η χώρα με την οποία έχουμε τους στενότερους οικονομικούς δεσμούς, είναι η χώρα, εγώ δεν είμαι από αυτούς που κρύβομαι, τα λέω πάντα όπως τα αισθάνομαι.

​Είναι η χώρα που με πολιτικό κόστος και των δικών της πολιτικών κράτησε την Ελλάδα στο ευρώ, στην πάρα πολύ δύσκολη περίοδο της εποχής των προγραμμάτων, των λεγομένων μνημονίων και ας ξέρω πολύ καλά ως εκλεγμένος πολιτικός ότι δεν είναι καθόλου εύκολο να παίρνεις αντιδημοφιλείςαποφάσεις που ο λαϊκισμός της κάθε χώρας τις κάνει εξαιρετικά πιο δύσκολες.

​Είχαμε εμείς να αντιπαλέψουμε εδώ το δικό μας λαϊκισμό, αλλά είχατε και εσείς, οι δικοί σας πολιτικοί, να αντιπαλέψουν εκεί το δικό σας λαϊκισμό.

Για τις αυξήσεις τιμών σε καυσόξυλα – πέλετ:

«Αντιλαμβανόμαστε μια αύξηση στις τιμές στα ξύλα και στα πέλετ και είναι λογικό να υπάρχει σε σχέση με πέρυσι, λόγω του πολέμου στην Ουκρανία και της ενεργειακής κρίσης. Δεν είναι όμως λογικό να βλέπουμε τόσο μεγάλες αυξήσεις. Για να το φρενάρουμε θα εφαρμόσουμε πλαφόν στο περιθώριο κέρδους όπως κάνουμε για τα τρόφιμα και διάφορα άλλα προϊόντα. Με τις υπηρεσίες του Υπουργείου συζητάμε ποιο μήνα αναφοράς θα ορίσουμε».



Για το αν θα συνεχιστεί η επιδότηση στα καύσιμα:

«Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να αφήσουμε τον κόσμο απροστάτευτο. Η ελληνική κυβέρνηση έχει γίνει παράδειγμα προς μίμηση σε όλη την Ευρώπη. Προσπαθούν να αντιγράψουν τα μέτρα που πρώτοι πήραμε εμείς. Τα μέτρα θα τα συνεχίσουμε και θα τα επεκτείνουμε. Αυτό τον χειμώνα θα τον περάσουμε όλοι μαζί».

«Η πιο δηλωτική στιγμή της συνέντευξης τύπου ήταν όταν ρωτήθηκε για το θέμα Πιτσιόρλα. Η απάντησή του ήταν: «δεν χρωστώ σε κανέναν καμία εξήγηση». Ούτε ρομπότ δεν το λέει αυτό. Ήταν τόσο αποκρουστική αυτή του η απάντηση που δείχνει και τον αληθινό τους χαρακτήρα. Ο ένας παρακολουθούσε τον άλλον αλλά δεν χρωστάνε καμία εξήγηση».



«Ο Τσίπρας έχει το δικαίωμα να λέει ό,τι θέλει. Το πρόβλημά του στην πολιτική είναι ότι πλέον συγκρίνεται με τον Τσίπρα που κυβέρνησε. Θεωρώ αδιανόητο πέντε χρόνια Πρωθυπουργός να μην έχει καταλάβει πως λειτουργεί η οικονομία».



«Η πρόταση του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ για τη λύση του δημογραφικού προβλήματος είναι η εισαγωγή όσο το δυνατόν περισσοτέρων μεταναστών στην Ελλάδα. Είναι άλλο να λες “θέλω να ενσωματώσω τους μετανάστες που έχω” – κανείς δεν λέει όχι, οι μετανάστες που έχουν έρθει νόμιμα πρέπει να ενσωματωθούν- και άλλο να λες “τους θεωρώ λύση στο δημογραφικό”, άρα πρέπει να έρθουν και άλλοι». Αυτό είναι κάτι που θα απασχολήσει πάρα πολύ τους ψηφοφόρους».



Για το δίλημμα των εκλογών:

«Όταν πάμε στην κάλπη θα πρέπει να ξέρουμε ότι ψηφίζουμε για να έχουμε ή Κυριάκο Μητσοτάκη αυτοδύναμο Πρωθυπουργό ή Αλέξη Τσίπρα με Ανδρουλάκη, Βαρουφάκη και Κουτσούμπα. Με αυτό το ξεκάθαρο δίλημμα θα πρέπει να πάει ο ελληνικός λαός στην κάλπη».
