In it you’ll find a selection of books and articles, databases and websites, podcasts, videos and EU publications.   European Union - African Union summit, 17-18 February 2022 With the shadow of COVID-19 still looming, this year’s summit provides a timely opportunity to review the progress being made in implementing previous commitments. It can also serve as a springboard for a renewed and deeper EU – AU partnership. The aim of the summit is to launch an ambitious Africa-Europe Investment Package, taking into account global challenges such as climate change and the current health crisis.  A joint declaration on a joint vision for 2030 is expected to be adopted by the participants. This post does not necessarily represent the positions, policies, or opinions of the Council of the European Union or the European Council. With European social partners, MEPs and representatives of civil society and international organisations in attendance, the European ministers agreed on the importance of investing in skills, supporting career transitions and strengthening social dialogue in light of these changes. With European social partners, MEPs and representatives of civil society and international organisations in attendance, the European ministers agreed on the importance of investing in skills, supporting career transitions and strengthening social dialogue in light of these changes. The digital and ecological transitions entail profound shifts in the labour market with jobs being created while others disappear or evolve. Due to these shifts, not only do businesses have a need for new skills, but there is also a need to support reskilling for salaried employees whose jobs are jeopardised. It is therefore vital that the EU Member States make investments enabling the adaptation of employees’ skills in order to protect jobs while strengthening social dialogue, which is essential given the shifts under way in businesses and the labour market. Investing in skills to provide training for professions of the future and anticipate needs The ministers agreed on the importance of investing in skills in Europe in order to identify and anticipate training needs for jobs of the future, in terms of both initial training for young people and reskilling for adults. They discussed how to mobilise European funds and to strengthen the European framework in this area. The EU has already taken initiatives to support these transformations, namely through the European Skills Agenda presented by the European Commission in July 2020. In light of this, the investment made by the EU in supporting training measures is also essential, and takes the form of a range of programmes, namely the European Social Fund +, the Just Transition Fund, the InvestEU Programme and the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund. The Recovery and Resilience Facility funding can also support measures to address the training challenges resulting from the digital and ecological transition. Supporting career transitions for workers The ministers also agreed on the necessity of putting in place measures to support career transitions to enable workers impacted by these changes to adapt their skills or find new employment. They underscored the importance of providing security for workers pursuing training or undergoing transitions in this context. The ministers discussed the initiatives already in place at national level and the most effective way of implementing them. They also spoke about the coordination of these initiatives with European funding and how to strengthen European action in this field. The Action Plan to implement the European Pillar of Social Rights includes several initiatives that aim to address this issue. In December 2021, the Commission presented three proposals for recommendations that particularly concern the challenges of supporting occupational transitions: a recommendation on individual learning accounts, a recommendation on micro-credentials for skills and a cross-cutting recommendation on ensuring a fair transition towards climate neutrality. European funding, in particular through the Just Transition Fund and the European Social Fund +, can provide support to the workers and regions most affected by the green transition, by financing training, re-qualification and economic diversification. Lastly, the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund aims to offer urgent assistance to workers displaced due to large-scale structural changes, and to support them in finding new employment. The Recovery and Resilience Facility can also provide funding in this context. Strengthening European and national social dialogue The partners agreed on strengthening social dialogue in Europe and in each Member State on issues concerning the ecological and digital transitions. They agreed to initiate discussion on how to improve social partnerships and encourage social dialogue at all levels (European, national, local and in specific sectors) in response to the changes under way. At European level, the political framework of social dialogue is defined in the European Pillar of Social Rights, which specifies that the social partners must be consulted on the design of economic and social policies, and encouraged to reach collective agreements. As part of the plan to implement the Pillar of Social Rights, the Commission will present an initiative in the second half of 2022 designed to support social dialogue at EU and national level, particularly in relation to the ecological and digital transitions. The changes under way in our societies, whether related to the digital revolution or the climate, are sources of concern for our fellow citizens. The role of each Member State and of the European Union must be to protect jobs and ensure that each European will always have their place in society. This is why it is imperative to invest in initial and ongoing training and reskilling, as the EU and many Member States are doing, and to fully recognise the importance of social dialogue in response to these transformations. This is a key issue for the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union and is essential to build Europe’s future growth.— Élisabeth Borne, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Economic Inclusion The challenges we face are enormous. However, the recovery provides us the opportunity to promote a more equitable and inclusive labour market. The Skills Agenda aims to make the right to training and lifelong learning inscribed in the European foundation for social rights a reality throughout Europe. The Member States must put skills at the heart of their policies. If we wish for a lasting recovery as we emerge from the pandemic, we will have to strengthen investment in people and their skills. Αθήνα, 15 Φεβρουαρίου 2022   Εκδήλωση- Συζήτηση της Νέας Δημοκρατίας με αφορμή την Παγκόσμια Ημέρα κατά του Καρκίνου της παιδικής ηλικίας   Παύλος Μαρινάκης: «Η ενημέρωση είναι το πιο σημαντικό όπλο στη μάχη κατά του καρκίνου»   Με αφορμή την Παγκόσμια Ημέρα κατά του Καρκίνου της παιδικής ηλικίας, η Γραμματεία Ποιότητας ζωής και Εθελοντισμού της Νέας Δημοκρατίας, διοργάνωσε μια συζήτηση με εκπροσώπους της πρωτοβουλίας Be my Hero και της Αστικής Μη Κερδοσκοπικής Εταιρείας “Καρκινάκι” οι οποίες έχουν στόχο την ενημέρωση και την παρακίνηση για την εγγραφή νέων Εθελοντών Δοτών Μυελού των Οστών. Προσκεκλημένη στην εκδήλωση ήταν και η Ακαδημαϊκός Υπ. Πανεπιστημιακής Ογκολογικής Αιματολογικής Μονάδας (ΠΟΑιΜ) στην Ογκολογική Μονάδα Παίδων "ΕΛΠΙΔΑ- Μ. ΒΑΡΔΙΝΟΓΙΑΝΝΗ" κ. Κατερίνα Κατσιμπάρδη.   Στη συζήτηση την οποία συντόνισε η Γραμματέας Ποιότητας Ζωής και Εθελοντισμού Πίστη Κρυσταλλίδου, συμμετείχαν ο Κίμων Αντύπας, εκπρόσωπος του Be my Hero και η Μένια Κουκουγιάννη, Συνιδρύτρια και Διευθύντρια της ΑμΚΕ «ΚΑΡΚΙΝΑΚΙ – Ενημέρωση για τον Καρκίνο στην Παιδική και Εφηβική Ηλικία». Η πιο ξεχωριστή καλεσμένη της εκδήλωσης ήταν η Φωτεινή Λεγάκη, η οποία νίκησε τον καρκίνο και η περιπέτειά της ως παιδί έδωσε την έμπνευση για τη δημιουργία του Be my Hero.   Στόχος της εκδήλωση ήταν η ενημέρωση για τη σπουδαιότητα της δωρεάς μυελού των οστών και το πως μια τόσο απλή πράξη αλληλεγγύης μπορεί να σώσει τη ζωή ενός παιδιού. Για πολλούς ασθενείς – ιδιαίτερα τα παιδιά – που νοσούν από νεοπλασματικές ασθένειες η μεταμόσχευση μυελού των οστών είναι η μόνη ελπίδα τους τους.   Ο Γραμματέας της Πολιτικής Επιτροπής της Νέας Δημοκρατίας, δεσμεύθηκε για την πραγματοποίηση μιας ανοιχτής εκδήλωσης για την ενημέρωση του κοινού για την διαδικασία δωρεάς μυελού των οστών παρουσία survivors του καρκίνου.   Ο κ. Αντύπας ανέφερε, πως, η ανταπόκριση του κοινού σε ανοιχτές εκδηλώσεις ενημέρωσης είναι συναρπαστική, χρειάζεται όμως, ακόμα μεγαλύτερη ενημέρωση και εξωστρέφεια προκειμένου να συγκεντρώσουμε ακόμα περισσότερους εθελοντές.   Η κ. Κουκουγιάννη δήλωσε: «Οι παιδιατρικοί καρκίνοι είναι σπάνιοι, ωστόσο κάθε χρόνο έχουμε 35.000 νέες διαγνώσεις και 6.000 παιδιά και έφηβοι πεθαίνουν μόνο στην Ευρώπη. Είναι η πρώτη αιτία θανάτου από ασθένεια στην παιδική ηλικία. Την ίδια ώρα, όμως, χάρη στα υψηλά ποσοστά ίασης, αυτή τη στιγμή στην Ευρώπη υπάρχουν 500.000 επιβιώσαντες από παιδιατρικό καρκίνο, οι οποίοι αντιμετωπίζουν μακροχρόνιες επιπτώσεις της θεραπείας που έλαβαν και χρειάζονται πρόσβαση σε μακροχρόνια φροντίδα. Το μήνυμα της φετινής Παγκόσμιας Ημέρας είναι ότι η καλύτερη ποιότητα ζωής για τα παιδιά που θεραπεύτηκαν από τον καρκίνο είναι εφικτή και είναι στο χέρι μας. Καλούμε την κυβέρνηση να είναι δίπλα μας και να εισάγει πολιτικές που θα ενισχύσουν την έρευνα, θα μειώσουν τις ανισότητες και θα βελτιώσουν την ποιότητα ζωής των παιδιών και εφήβων με καρκίνο».   Ιδιαίτερη σημασία δόθηκε κατά τη διάρκεια της συζήτησης για τη ζωή των παιδιών survivors μετά την ασθένεια και τις ανάγκες που εκείνα έχουν. Η κ. Κατσιμπάρδη ανέφερε μεταξύ άλλων: «Τα τελευταία έτη σημειώνεται σημαντική πρόοδος όσον αφορά την επιβίωση των παιδιών που πάσχουν από καρκίνο στην παιδική ηλικία. Ως εκ τούτου, οι επιβιώσαντες από καρκίνο στην παιδική ηλικία αυξάνονται σημαντικά ετησίως. Όμως, η πλειοψηφία των επιβιωσάντων θα εμφανίσει κάποια επιπλοκή, που μπορεί να είναι πολύ σοβαρή ή απειλητική για τη ζωή, όπως καρδιαγγειακά νοσήματα, μεταβολικό σύνδρομο, παχυσαρκία, δεύτερη κακοήθεια ή υπογονιμότητα. Η έγκαιρη ανίχνευση και αντιμετώπιση των επιπλοκών έχει στόχο την εξασφάλιση μακροχρόνιας επιβίωσης και καλύτερης ποιότητας ζωής. Η ενίσχυση και στελέχωση των ιατρείων παρακολούθησης των επιβιωσάντων από καρκίνο στην παιδική ηλικία είναι απαραίτητη, ώστε κάθε παιδί που θεραπεύτηκε από καρκίνο να έχει τη δυνατότητα ολοκληρωμένης παρακολούθησης και φροντίδας».   Η Φωτεινή Λεγάκη μοιράστηκε το βίωμα της και πως μετέτρεψε τη δική της δοκιμασία σε δύναμη, προσφέροντάς την στα παιδιά που αυτή τη στιγμή αγωνίζονται. Τόνισε ότι το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα είναι η έλλειψη πληροφοριών τόσο σε ό,τι αφορά την ασθένεια όσο και την θεραπεία της.   Ο Γραμματέας της Πολιτικής Επιτροπής της Νέας Δημοκρατίας Παύλος Μαρινάκης τονίζοντας τη σπουδαιότητα της δωρεάς μυελού των οστών ανέφερε: «Η Νέα Δημοκρατία και η ΟΝΝΕΔ συμμετέχουν ενεργά στο πρόγραμμα Εθελοντών Δοτών Μυελού των Οστών, έχοντας συγκεντρώσει ήδη εκατοντάδες εθελοντές. Το πιο σημαντικό όπλο μας κατά του καρκίνου είναι η ενημέρωση: να καταλάβουμε πως μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά, έχουμε την ευκαιρία να σώσουμε μια ζωή. Τα παιδιά αυτά είναι οι πραγματικοί ήρωες της ζωής και είναι χρέος μας να τους βοηθήσουμε να νικήσουν. Η ενημέρωση, η πρόληψη, η βελτίωση και ενίσχυση της συνολικής στρατηγικής για τον καρκίνο είναι πρώτα στην ατζέντα του κόμματος και της Κυβέρνησης. Ο ίδιος ο Πρωθυπουργός Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης ανακοίνωσε πριν ένα χρόνο την έναρξη του Εθνικού Μητρώου Ασθενών Παιδικής και Εφηβικής Ηλικίας με Νεοπλασματικά Νοσήματα».   Η Γραμματέας Ποιότητας Ζωής και Εθελοντισμού ΝΔ Πίστη Κρυσταλλίδου δήλωσε: «Η ΝΔ με συνέπεια, συνομιλεί με την Κοινωνία των πολιτών για σοβαρά ζητήματα όπως ο καρκίνος, σύλλογοι και φορείς ήταν συνομιλητές στην διαμόρφωση του προγράμματος μας , έχουμε ξεκινήσει ήδη από το 2019 να ενημερώνουμε τα μέλη μας, για την σπουδαιότητα της δωρεάς μυελού των οστών, με αποκορύφωμα την εκστρατεία της ΟΝΝΕΔ «η ζωή δεν μπορεί να περιμένει», η οποία συνεχίζεται». Στην εκδήλωση παρόντες ήταν ο Γραμματέας Οργανωτικού Στέλιος Κονταδάκης και η Γραμματέας Κοινωνικής Αλληλεγγύης και Ανθρωπίνων Δικαιωμάτων Μαρία Νάτσιου.

(PDF) The European Trade Ministers met in Marseille on Sunday, 13 and Monday, 14 February, under the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union. This informal meeting determined strategic guidelines for the EU’s trade policy action and the issue of the future of the World Trade Organization (WTO), the deepening of trade and investment relations between the EU and Africa, and transatlantic relations with a view to the next meeting of the US-EU Trade and Technology Council (TTC) meeting. The Ministers also discussed the coercive measures China has taken against Lithuania. Franck Riester, French Minister Delegate for Foreign Trade and Economic Attractiveness, said: “In the face of trade tensions, the climate emergency and the consequences of the pandemic, our trade policy has had its aggiornamento. Under the French Presidency of the Council of the EU, the informal meeting in Marseille was essential to speed up the adjustment of the trade policy that has been underway for a few years, making it more open and sustainable and less naive. We recalled, a few days ahead of the European Union-African Union Summit, that the prosperity and resilience of both our continents requires new actions to deepen our trade and investment relations. We also supported the momentum within the US-EU Trade and Technology Council: our strategic autonomy will require heightened coordination with our partners on the global trade issues for which we share the same ambitions. Strengthening our sovereignty means putting ourselves in a position tomorrow to defend our interests and those of our businesses more effectively in the face of unacceptable trade sanctions like those China has taken against Lithuania. We are also defending that ambition at multilateral level, to restore the WTO and return to a sufficiently efficient global trade order to address today’s challenges. Along with the WTO Director-General, we agreed on the importance of and need for a comprehensive commercial response to the pandemic.” Valdis Dombrovskis, Vice-President of the European Commission, added: A year ago, we launched a new EU trade strategy that is more sustainable, more assertive and designed to support our recovery from the pandemic. Today’s meeting under the French EU Presidency has allowed us to focus on these priorities. The EU is the world’s largest trading bloc, with exports accounting for 38 million EU jobs. We need to build on this foundation to support our recovery, particularly given that 85% of global growth will take place outside the EU in the next decade. This is why we need a functioning global trading system with robust rules. To this end, we had a good discussion with WTO Director-General Okonjo-Iweala on reforming the WTO, and on other EU priorities for the upcoming WTO Ministerial: fisheries, agriculture and health. Global vaccine production should reach 23 billion doses by mid-2022 and the EU is working intensively to ensure that these doses reach everyone around the world. It is also imperative that we reshape our strategic partnership with Africa and continue to deepen transatlantic ties in 2022. The upcoming EU-US Trade and Technology Council is a real opportunity to deepen our cooperation on emerging technologies and common challenges. We also discussed the Commission’s push to make our trade strategy more assertive, in light of escalating geopolitical challenges. Our new tool to defend ourselves against economic coercion is a big step forward in this respect, and I welcome the fact that it is a priority for the French Presidency. What prospects are there for the WTO’s future? The European Union defends rules-based international trade and, as such, supports the work of the World Trade Organization. However, the WTO is currently in crisis due in large part to the deadlock of its Appellate Body, and talks at the Organization to adapt the rules of global trade to today’s challenges – such as health and fishing negotiations – remain difficult. In the presence of WTO Director-General Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, the talks reaffirmed the support of the EU Member States for the principle of swift organization of a 12th WTO Ministerial Conference, once the public health situation allows, if possible by the end of June 2022. The Ministers also encouraged the European Commission to continue the efforts it has been making so far at the WTO to maintain a high level of engagement on all issues on the Ministerial Conference agenda. On health more specifically, the Member States reaffirmed their full support to the Commission for the negotiation of an agreement on trade and health, in a comprehensive approach combining measures to facilitate access to and distribution of the most innovative medicines and vaccines for all, as well as commitments to transparency, governance of export restrictions and trade facilitation measures. The Ministers highlighted that the protection of intellectual property remained a decisive aspect of these negotiations, creating an incentive for innovation – that has enabled the swift development of vaccines – and fostering cooperation and technology transfers. However, the Ministers highlighted that intellectual property should never be an obstacle to the equitable distribution of products to fight a pandemic. In this respect, the Member States recalled their support for the proposal to clarify and facilitate the conditions in which WTO members may authorize companies, in any country, to manufacture and export COVID-19 pharmaceutical products swiftly, affordably and simply, even when innovations are protected by patents. Furthermore, the Member States have called for WTO talks to be stepped up in order to improve the organization’s functioning and adapt its rules, so that it can overcome current challenges, especially those related to sustainable development and digital technology, and also to strengthen the fight against unfair practices that distort international trade. Ministers also highlighted the importance of reaching an ambitious and coherent agreement on regulating fisheries subsidies to contribute to the sustainability of fish stocks, in accordance with the relevant United Nations Sustainable Development Goal and European fisheries policy. Finally, Member States held an initial discussion on the initiative launched by the WTO Director-General and the Commission to bring together a coalition of trade ministers sharing a high ambition in fighting climate change to maintain political momentum on these crucial challenges. Overhauling the partnership between the EU and Africa Ahead of the summit between the EU and the AU, talks between Trade Ministers on Monday morning highlighted the need to implement a strategy to intensify trade and investment between the European Union and Africa. The Member States agree on the analysis that strengthening the value chains between the two continents would improve the resilience of African and European economies, and ensure tangible progress for the ecological transition and sustainable development on both continents. The Ministers therefore invited the Commission to mobilize all its available tools to accelerate this development, and in particular: Support for economic integration on the African continent via technical assistance to the African Continental Free Trade Area, eyeing a continent-to-continent agreement in the long term; Deepening of our regional and bilateral economic agreements on trade and investment, which enable African businesses to integrate into global value chains and find drivers of growth and job creation; Use of the synergies between the Global Gateway initiative, of which, as announced by the Commission last week, €150 million will be dedicated to supporting investment in Africa, and our trade and investment partnerships which provide an enhanced framework to implement these projects and contribute to improving the business climate. Development of sectoral cooperation with a view to creating or developing Euro-African value chains that boost the resilience of economies on both continents; Mutual commitment to align this cooperation with the fundamental principles of sustainable development, transparency and the participation of civil societies. Preparing the next meeting of the US-EU Trade and Technology Council The Trade Ministers also addressed the strengthening of relations with the United States ahead of preparations for the next meeting of the Trade and Technology Council, following the first session organized in Pittsburgh on 29 September2021. The Member States highlighted the importance of the United States as an essential partner of the European Union, not only as a source of reciprocal trade opportunities, but also as a partner to respond to the challenges that must be overcome through trade policies. The Ministers welcomed the work undertaken in the past year by the European Commission, which resulted in the lifting of most tariff sanctions putting a strain on the transatlantic trade relationship, and by establishing positive, constructive dialogue with the United States, while respecting the European Union’s decision-making autonomy. The Member States reiterated this morning their full support to the Commission for the organization in France in the spring of a second meeting of the Trade and Technology Council. With this in mind, they also discussed priorities such as international normalization; securing supply chains, including for rare earths, permanent magnets and semiconductors; technological cooperation, including on cloud computing, 5G and 6G connectivity and artificial intelligence; the predictability and transparency of export control and investment screening regimes; the coordination of measures to combat distorting practices; and approaches to the decarbonization of trade. The Ministers highlighted the importance of US re-engagement at the WTO to address the challenges of the multilateral trading system. The Ministers also discussed recent developments concerning the trade restrictions adopted by China against Lithuania and their effects on the functioning of the European single market. The Ministers recalled their united perspective and reaffirmed European solidarity with Lithuania and the full support to the steps taken thus far by the European Commission, particularly in the framework of the WTO, to settle this situation by prioritizing appeasement. The Ministers also mentioned the work underway at the Council on the proposal of an anti-coercion instrument, which aims to equip the European Union with a means of dissuading its partners from implementing such measures, in accordance with the rules of international law. Finally, the meeting concluded with a working lunch with the Chair of the European Parliament’s committee on International Trade, Mr Bernd Lange, which provided the opportunity to discuss the need for an open trade policy that creates opportunities for our businesses on foreign markets, the particularly rich legislative agenda of the trade sector, and the incorporation of sustainable development into trade policy, especially in light of the ongoing review of the European Commission’s approach to sustainable development in the EU’s trade agreements. The Ministers and Bernd Lange, supported by the European Commission, also expressed their shared determination to see the trilogue discussions on the public procurement reciprocity instrument come to fruition soon. APEC Sees Surge in Trade, Grows Double-Digits Despite Disruptions

Home to half of world trade, the APEC region posted double-digit growth both in trade volume and value during the period of January to September 2021, according to an update to an APEC Policy Support Unit report.

The volume of APEC’s merchandise exports and imports increased by 14 percent and 16 percent respectively compared to the same period last year, when these were in the negative zone. The value of merchandise trade, meanwhile, rose to 28.2 percent for exports and 27.3 percent for imports, driven by higher costs of fuel and manufactured products.

The update highlights that the reasons for this surge are the combined effect of a rebound in economic activity, marked by a spike in demand, as well as a low base, since trade contracted in the last couple of years. Adding to that, supply shocks led to higher shipping and storage costs which fed into prices of exports and imports.

Trade expanded in a broad range of manufactured goods, including iron and steel, chemicals, machineries, clothing and footwear, while trade in COVID-19-related goods such as pharmaceuticals and telecommunications equipment has remained strong.

“To sustain the recovery, member economies should remain united in their response and their priorities; that in the immediate period, we must ensure that people are healthy so that economies can recover, reopen and rebuild,” explained Dr Denis Hew, Director of the APEC Policy Support Unit. “Central to this is the free and rapid flow of medical supplies across borders to expand vaccination coverage, on which members agreed early last year.”

In terms of trade in services, the update notes a rebound in APEC’s commercial services by 11.1 percent for exports and 9.2 percent for imports in the first three quarters of 2021. 

The increase in shipping rates boosted the performance of transport services, which grew by 26.8 percent, while strong consumer demand pushed goods-related services to grow by 10.7 percent in Q1-Q3 of 2021.

“Unfortunately, the travel sector continued to be a drag on services trade as the recovery of travel and tourism is largely dependent on the full reopening of borders across the world,” said Rhea C. Hernando, a researcher with the APEC Policy Support Unit who wrote the report. 

“Travel services last year is still around 30 percent lower than the 2019 level despite efforts by authorities to develop several travel corridors,” Hernando added. “This only highlights the importance of APEC’s commitment in advancing the work to safely reopen borders and reconnect the region.”

As Chair of APEC 2022, one of Thailand’s priorities is to address the pressing issue of disrupted connectivity by resuming safe and seamless cross-border travel, reinvigorating tourism and services sector, facilitating business mobility as well as increasing investment in health security.

“Looking ahead, in order to achieve the new vision of open, dynamic, resilient and peaceful Asia-Pacific, member economies are poised to implement the individual and collective actions set out by the Aotearoa Plan of Action,” Dr Hew stated. 

“Although the implementation of the strategies spelled out by the plan of action depends on economies’ domestic conditions and resources, the key is to act now by implementing what is relevant, feasible and appropriate,” he concluded.

Ο κος. Τσίπρας για ακόμη μία φορά πρωτοσέλιδο της κεντρικής τουρκικής εθνικιστικής κυβερνητικής εφημερίδας Hürriyet.

Η τουρκική εφημερίδα επιβραβεύει τον αρχηγό της ελληνικής Αξιωματικής Αντιπολίτευσης, κο. Αλέξη Τσίπρα, για τη χθεσινή του ομιλία στο Ελληνικό Κοινοβούλιο και τις απαντήσεις του στον Ελληνα Πρωθυπουργό, καθώς οι τοποθετήσεις του κου. Τσίπρα "απέδειξαν" πως η Γαλλία δεν στηρίζει την Ελλάδα, πως η Τουρκία δεν είναι απομονωμένη και πως είναι λάθος η πολιτική του Ελληνα Πρωθυπουργού, κου. Κυριάκου Μητσοτάκη, με την αμερικανική στρατιωτική βάση στην Αλεξανδρούπολη.

Δύο άνθρωποι, λοιπόν, ενοχλήθηκαν από τη χθεσινή ομιλία του Ελληνα Πρωθυπουργού, κου. Κυριάκου Μητσοτάκη: Ο Τούρκος Πρόεδρος, Ερντογάν, και ο κος. Τσίπρας.
