Τα Δημόσια Ωνάσεια Σχολεία σε 12 ερωτήσεις και απαντήσεις




Η υπογραφή της σύμβασης μεταξύ του Ελληνικού Δημοσίου και του Ιδρύματος Ωνάση ανοίγει τον δρόμο για την ίδρυση του δικτύου Δημόσιων Ωνάσειων Σχολείων (ΔΗΜ.Ω.Σ.). Πρόκειται για 22 σχολεία (11 Γυμνάσια και 11 Γενικά Λύκεια), τα οποία θα λειτουργήσουν σε περιοχές της χώρας που αντιμετωπίζουν κοινωνικές και οικονομικές προκλήσεις και θα δώσουν σε χιλιάδες μαθητές και μαθήτριες τα εφόδια, τη γνώση και το περιβάλλον που χρειάζονται για να εξελίξουν τις δεξιότητές τους.

Τα ΔΗΜ.Ω.Σ. θα λειτουργούν υπό την επίβλεψη του Υπουργείου Παιδείας, Θρησκευμάτων και Αθλητισμού, σε στενή συνεργασία με το Ίδρυμα Ωνάση, το οποίο αναλαμβάνει την κτιριακή αναβάθμισή τους και την κάλυψη μέρους των λειτουργικών τους εξόδων. Το ωρολόγιο πρόγραμμα θα προσομοιάζει με αυτό των Πρότυπων Σχολείων και θα περιλαμβάνει καινοτομίες ως προς τον τρόπο σύνδεσής τους με πανεπιστήμια και ερευνητικά κέντρα και τη λειτουργία των εκπαιδευτικών Ομίλων και Συνόλων, όπου θα έχουν πρόσβαση και μαθητές γειτονικών δημόσιων σχολείων.



Τα Δημόσια Ωνάσεια Σχολεία έρχονται να πολλαπλασιάσουν τις εκπαιδευτικές ευκαιρίες, να ενισχύσουν τις τοπικές κοινωνίες, να αυξήσουν την ώσμωση μεταξύ δημόσιων σχολείων, πανεπιστημίων και ιδρυμάτων και να δώσουν το στίγμα της συνολικής αναβάθμισης στην εκπαίδευση, που είναι ο στόχος του Υπουργείου Παιδείας, Θρησκευμάτων και Αθλητισμού.

Επιστολή στην Υπουργό Εργασίας για την αναγκαιότητα αναστολής συμβάσεων και καταβολής αποζημίωσης ειδικού σκοπού των εργαζόμενων σε Σαντορίνη και Αμοργό

Κοινή επιστολή της ΓΣΕΕ και της Πανελλήνιας Ομοσπονδίας Εργαζομένων στον Επισιτισμό-Τουρισμό (ΠΟΕΕΤ) εστάλη σήμερα στην Υπουργό Εργασίας και Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης Νίκη Κεραμέως. Ζητείται η άμεση λήψη μέτρων για την προστασία των εργαζόμενων σε Σαντορίνη και Αμοργό λόγω της συνεχιζόμενης σεισμικής δραστηριότητας στην περιοχή μέσω της αναστολής συμβάσεων και της καταβολής αποζημίωσης ειδικού σκοπού σε ποσοστό τουλάχιστον 82% του εκάστοτε ισχύοντος κατώτατου μισθού και με κάλυψη του συνόλου των ασφαλιστικών εισφορών.

Με αφορμή πληθώρα δημοσιευμάτων από πολλές και ποικίλες πηγές σχετικά με τη χρήση ενέσιμων αντιδιαβητικών φαρμάκων για τη διαχείριση του σωματικού βάρους, ο ΕΟΦ κρίνει σκόπιμο να ενημερώσει υπεύθυνα τους επαγγελματίες υγείας και το κοινό για τα εξής :

• Tα αντιδιαβητικά φάρμακα δεν έχουν μελετηθεί και δεν προορίζονται για χρήση για αισθητικούς σκοπούς, δηλαδή για απώλεια βάρους από υγιείς ανθρώπους.

● Council of the EU   19/02/2025 03:35 | Press release | Council and Parliament agree to reduce food waste and set new rules on waste textile   Today, the Council presidency and European Parliament representatives reached a provisional agreement on the targeted revision of the waste framework directive, setting EU targets for food waste reduction by 2030 and measures towards a more sustainable and less waste-producing textile sector. The agreement still needs to be confirmed by both institutions before going through the formal adoption procedure. Less food waste by 2030 The two co-legislators agreed on ambitious yet realistic targets on food waste by 2030: reduction by 10% in processing and manufacturing waste compared to the average amount of food waste generated in these sectors in 2021-2023 reduction by 30% per capita in waste from retail, restaurants, food services and households compared to the average amount of food waste generated in these sectors in 2021-2023 Those targets are the first-ever to be established at EU level. The agreement also provides for the voluntary donation of unsold food that is safe for human consumption as an important aspect of reducing food waste.
