Dear community,
Since 2017, the School for Thinktankers has been a space for collaborative learning, where professionals and leaders, researchers, funders, policymakers, and others working in or with think tanks come together to strengthen their leadership skills and gain the tools needed to innovate and manage effectively.
After eight editions and more than 300 participants from across the globe, we wanted to understand how the School has supported its alumni in reaching their career goals and, most importantly, how it has helped them contribute to better lives and a better world.
To explore this, we spoke with alumni from past Schools. Their reflections are stories of growth, connection, and transformation, stories of individuals who are shaping the future of the think tank community.
