EU butter prices: 745€/100 kg, -1.6% in the last 4 weeks; EU SMP prices: 256€/100 kg, -0.9% in the last 4 weeks; EU WMP prices: 432€/100 kg, -1.2% in the last 4 weeks; EU cheddar prices: 480€/100kg, +4.3% in the last 4 weeks; IT spot milk slightly up to 58c/kg (12.01.2025); Feed cost decreased by -0.4% and energy cost increased by +2.9% in week 2 compared to the previous 4 weeks.
