  • IT spot milk prices slightly up 49,5c/kg (21.01.2024);
  • EU butter prices: 544€/100 kg, -0.4% in the last 4 weeks;
  • EU SMP prices: 253€/100 kg, -2.6% in the last 4 weeks;
  • EU WMP prices: 367€/100 kg, -0.5% in the last 4 weeks;
  • EU cheddar prices: 356€/100kg, -1.2% in the last 4 weeks;
  • Stable feed costs and increased energy costs by (+0.5%);
  • in week 3 compared to the previous 4 weeks;
  • Oceania is more price competitive on WMP, while US prices are more competitive on Butter, SMP and cheddar;
  • EU cow’s milk collected went up by +0.1% in Jan-Nov 2023 compared to Jan-Nov 2022.
