  • EU butter prices: 453 €/100 kg, -2.6% in last 4 weeks;
  • EU SMP prices: 227 €/100 kg, -7% in last 4 weeks;
  • EU WMP prices: 344 €/100 kg, -3.1% in last 4 weeks;
  • EU cheddar prices: 358 €/100 kg, -0.2% in last 4 weeks;
  • IT spot milk price increased to 50.8 c/kg (23/07/2023);
  • Decrease of feed costs (-0.6%) and increase of energy costs (+1.7%) in week 29 compared to the previous 4 weeks;
  • US remains more price competitive on SMP and cheddar, Oceania on WMP and now also on butter.
