Attention all AHEPA Family members, Delegates, Alternates and Guests!

This Friday, June 30th, is the LAST day to pre-register for the AHEPA Supreme Convention in Las Vegas and get your delegate, alternate & guest packages at lower prices. You have the option of registering online or by sending us a form via fax, mail or email, so long as it's postmarked by June 30th. Registration will close on July 1st and open once again when we're on site in Las Vegas!

AHEPANS, please remember that you will NOT be able to register as a delegate or alternate unless your chapter has reported you as one. The delegate/alternate reporting forms were due to HQ by June 1st. If you believe that your chapter did not send one in and are planning to come to convention as a delegate, PLEASE contact admin@ahepa.org immediately with the proper forms so your case can be reviewed.

Another reminder, 2023 Per Capita dues must be paid for delegates and alternates to pick up their packages at convention. Please double check with your chapters and make sure they have sent in your dues before you arrive in order to expedite your registration. Feel free to contact AHEPA Global Headquarters if you have any questions as to whether or not you are in good standing.

Lastly, we do anticipate having individual event tickets being available for purchase. They will be available for purchase on site only, and prices will be advertised in advance once we have them.
Chapter Convention Sponsorship
There's still time to put you or your chapter's name on the Supreme Convention! Sponsorship opportunities are still available on multiple levels until July 3rd! Please see the forms linked below for your options if you are interested! We would love to see each chapter represented as a convention sponsor!
Want to get out of the hotel and take a break from the convention floor, or are you bringing family or friends who need something to do while you're in your meetings? Las Vegas has plenty to offer, whether it be a tour of the Grand Canyon or going to see a show on the famous Las Vegas strip! Click the links below to see some of what's available! You will also be able to book extra activities (not affiliated with AHEPA) via concierge at the hotel you choose to stay at.

We are all excited to see all our chapters and members again! Make your arrangements to be part of the summer fun!

Fraternally,

Basil

The 118th Congress is well underway. AHEPA congratulates the newly established leadership of the bipartisan Congressional Caucus on Hellenic Issues: U.S. Reps. Gus M. Bilirakis (R-FL) and Chris Pappas (D-NH), who are serving as co-chairs. We are also excited to see the Caucus establish vice chair positions and congratulate U.S. Reps. Dina Titus (D-NV) and Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY), who serve in that role. We look forward to working with the Caucus’s leadership, and the entire Caucus body, to help it meet its goals and objectives for the 118th Congress.

The AHEPA family can assist the Hellenic Caucus by helping it to grow. Membership stands at 95 U.S. representatives.
