On Think Tanks :Countdown to OTT Conference at Chatham House I Public event: Think tanks amidst political uncertainty

Dear OTT Community,

Our in-person OTT conference 2023 is just days away after four years of virtual delivery. Taking place on 10-11 May at Chatham House, London, we're looking forward to meeting with more than 100 thinktankers, funders, and policy experts from five continents to share knowledge, experience, and co-develop solutions to common sector challenges.

We invite you to be part of the conversation by registering for our public event on 9 May at 6 pm BST, which launches the conference. The event features speakers Bronwen Maddox (Chatham House), Erica Schoder (R-Street Institute), and Jai Asundi (CSTEP) discussing the role of think tanks in the face of new and persistent political uncertainty globally. Follow #OTTconference for event updates, insights, and takeaways.

In addition to conference business, we invite our Latin American and Caribbean community to complete a short survey on the factors influencing knowledge production, evidence use, and information utilisation in the region. Your contribution will inform the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) strategy for the next few years.

Thank you for your continued support, and we'll see you next month!

Best regards,

Enrique Mendizabal
Founder & Director - OTT
