EUROPEAN YOUTH PRESS update

Newsletter

March 2023

Dear young media makers,

Although spring is slowly but surely on our doorstep, we caught a little winter blast at our last Executive Board Meeting in Riga, Latvia, where our Member Organisations ViedDoma and FEJS Latvija are based at. Our team is currently working on exciting new projects for this year. Until it's time to tell you more about our upcoming projects, we want to show you some really cool opportunities and projects to apply for this month.

Something we are still very excited about is the  partnership with Reporters d'Espoirs about which you can read more below.

We also want to tell you about a cool project that one of our Advisory Board Members co-founded: The European Correspondent. You can find out more about it and how to get involved below.

There is a great opportunity you would like us to share in our newsletter? Just send us an email and we'll feature your project next time.

Hopefully see you soon at one of our projects,

Open Call: The European Correspondent

How can we report from a genuinely European perspective? Which stories are worth your time?
With these questions in mind, the European Correspondent launched a daily newsletter in November 2022.
The newsletter summarises essential stories and recommends links to dive deeper into the events and ideas shaping our continent.

The team - including our Executive/Advisory Board Members Kat, Julius and Viktorya - is looking for pitches, correspondents and OSINT journalists.
