- EU SMP prices: 241 €/100 kg, -1.4% in last 4 weeks;
- EU WMP prices: 337 €/100 kg, -1.2% in last 4 weeks;
- EU cheddar prices: 415 €/100 kg, -2.0% in last 4 weeks;
- Decrease for feed and energy costs (respectively -1.6% and -0.2%) in week 16 compared to the previous 4 weeks;
- EU milk deliveries in February 2023 went up by +0.5% compared to last year (cumulate Jan.-Feb. 2023: +0.8%)
- Evolution of dairy productions in Jan.-Feb. 2023 compared to 2022: increase for butter (+3.4%), SMP (+4.3%), cream (+3.8%), drinking milk (+0.9%) and cheese (+0.9%) and decrease for WMP (-3.1%), fermented milks (-0.04%) and condensed (-2.8%);
- In March 2023, AU milk productions went down by -2.8% while NZ, US and UK milk production went up respectively by +0.3%, +0.5% and +0.9%.
