Manitobah's Storyboot School Returns!
Learn the traditional art of moccasin-making with expert Indigenous artisan Rosary Spence from November 5 to December 10. This six-week (18 hour) course is designed to teach classic hand sewing techniques in beading and leatherwork.

CCAF's Shoo-In Competition
In collaboration with the Canadian Children’s Art Foundation, we are excited to showcase the winners of their first National Shoe design Competition, “Shoo-In”, sponsored by Canadian Contemporary School of Art (CCSA) on Saturday October 22 and Sunday October 23 in our St. Crispin's lecture room.

Hands On Collection
Who says you can’t touch at the Museum! Enhance your visit with multisensory and tactile experiences through our Hands-on collection. Visitors will get to examine objects up close while experienced guides explain the fascinating stories behind the shoes. Only on Saturdays from 11am to 3pm.
