- EU butter exports to China down by 30% and slightly down to the US (-2%) during the first 8 months of 2022;
- EU cheese exports in the same period down to the US (-2%) and Switzerland (-4%), slightly up to Japan (+1%);
- EU SMP and WMP exports to China down In Jan-Aug 2022: -41% and -7% respectively. SMP exports down to Algeria (-11%) and Indonesia (-25%) and WMP exports up to Oman (+22%) and Kuwait (+55%);
- In Jan-Aug 2022, NZ exports of butter(oil) and SMP up (respectively +7% and +4%). Cheese and WMP exports down (respectively -11% and -18%);
- US dairy exports of butter(oil), cheese and WMP up in Jan-Aug 2022 (respectively +48%, +13% and +4%). SMP down (-9%);
- Most Chinese imports down in Jan-Aug 2022: butter(oil) (-2%), cheese (-20%), SMP (-25%), WMP (-17%), wheypowder (-30%), casein(ate)s (-15%), condensed (-29%); lactose up (+9%).
