Ministers will have a policy debate on the proposal for ecodesign for sustainable products regulation (ESPR), which was presented by the European Commission in March 2022.

Under AOB, the German delegation will inform ministers on a proposal for a ‘European Alliance for Transformation Technologies’ and the French and German delegations will present a joint non-paper on securing critical raw material supply.
