PLACES provides model-based, population-level analysis and community estimates of health measures to all counties, places, census tracts, and ZIP Code Tabulation Areas (ZCTAs) across the United States. Learn more about PLACES.



PLACES Highlighted as a Public Health Tool

2022 Release of County Health Rankings & Roadmaps


  • This year CHR&R added 7 new actionable measures related to income, education, family and social support, and health outcomes.
