 | Latest updateDashboard: Milk and dairy products Highlights- EU butter prices: 717 €/100 kg, +0.4% up in last 4 weeks;
- EU SMP prices: 370 €/100 kg, -3.0% down in last 4 weeks;
- EU WMP prices: 488 €/100 kg, -1.1% down in last 4 weeks;
- EU cheddar prices: 466 €/100 kg, +1.0% up in last 4 weeks;
- IT spot milk price stable, now at 64.5 c/kg. (14/08/2022);
- Increase of feed costs (+2.2%) and decrease of energy costs (-3.1%) in week 32 compared to the previous 4 weeks;
- GDT last auction (16/08/2022): general price index -2.9%. Price increased for cheddar (+4.2%) and decreased for AMF (-9.8%) and WMP (-3.5%). Stable for butter and SMP.
