AHEPA: Supreme Convention Ad Book Clarification

Book 1 - 100th Supreme Convention Ad Book
This book is currently being promoted through AHEPA headquarters and is the book you will receive at the Supreme Convention in Orlando. This book represents the primary source of funding for our Supreme Convention and is a compilation of messages from our Chapters and Sponsors. Each ad represents a level of sponsorship ranging from $250-$25,000 and is a full page. We are requesting that EVERY Chapter and District purchase a sponsorship not just to be represented in the book, but to help make our 100th Supreme Convention a success.
Important to Note
  • Any ad for a $1000 sponsorship or above will be included in BOTH books, as a full page
  • Any ad for a $250 or $500 sponsorship will be included in both books, but will appear in Book 2 at a reduced size.
  • Deadline for submission is June 15, 2022
Book 2 - AHEPA 100th Anniversary Commemorative Album
This book is a commemorative coffee table book being sold until December 2022 with a goal of being produced and distributed in the first quarter of 2023. This project is being managed by AHEPA Chapter 161 in Orlando, FL and promoted by AHEPA headquarters as well. This book will have a complete year in review of all of our centennial year anniversary events in addition to AHEPA events and history over the past hundred years. There are many different levels of advertisement available for interested parties to purchase in order to be represented in this book. Links to their website and their rate card are located below.

Important to Note
  • Any ad purchased for Book 2 before June 15, 2022 will also appear in Book 1
  • Ad space for this album will be sold by AHEPA Ch. 161 during the Supreme Convention in Orlando as well
  • Deadline for submission is December 15, 2022
