Back wages Two restaurants and their owner have agreed to pay $890,169 in back wages and damages to 63 employees to resolve numerous willful wage violations.   Fatality investigation An OSHA investigation of a fatal Idaho mall shooting found the security company repeatedly exposed its officers to workplace violence dangers.   Wages recovered A recent corporatewide investigation of a sanitation company recovered $731,492 in back wages for 337 waste truck drivers and loaders in Texas. Wage enforcement A federal court ordered the owners of four Maryland assisted-living facilities to pay $950,000 in back wages, damages and penalties for willful wage violations.
