EU cheddar prices: 369 €/100 kg, +1.2% up in last 4 weeks;
Increase of energy costs (+25.2%) and feed costs (16.1 %) in week 10, compared to the average of the previous 4 weeks;
IT spot milk price keeps going up, now at 47.3 c/kg. (13/03/2022);
GDT auction: (15 March 2022) – Butter: -0.4 %, SMP: +1.6 %, WMP: -2.1 %, Cheddar: +0.3 %, general index is down with -0.9 %.
