COVID-19 Boosters: Eligibility and Scheduling

If you’ve received your COVID-19 vaccine, you may be thinking about when you should get your booster. Understand what to expect from the process with these steps:
  • Find out about booster eligibility based on your age and when you received your last dose. For example, the CDC recently approved booster shots for people age 12 and older.

  • If you are eligible, learn how and where to schedule an appointment. Visit Vaccines.gov, text your ZIP code to 438829 or call 1-800-232-0233 to find locations near you.

  • Know what to expect during and after your booster shot appointment.
