Dear Politiki,  Where European cities were once managing the challenges of tourism growth, they are now facing the need to restore confidence among visitors and local residents, and to breathe life back into city centres and neighbourhoods.  With this in mind, on Thursday 29th April from 11am to 12 noon CEST, TOPOSOPHY will partner with HOTREC, the umbrella Association of Hotels, Restaurants, Bars and Cafes and similar establishments in Europe to deliver a webinar with expert practitioners in European urban tourism and hospitality. As we look ahead to the coming years, we’ll be asking questions such as:  - What role can the hospitality sector play in supporting the recovery of European cities? - How can hotels and restaurants play a more active role in neighbourhood life?  - How can policymakers help to create a fair and sustainable environment for Europe’s hospitality sector to thrive post-pandemic? - How can the acceleration of digital technologies and big data help achieve those goals?
