Click here if you are having trouble viewing this message.   Invitation 09/03/2021 | 10:00 – 12:00 | Online      Fundamental rights, the rule of law and the post-COVID-19 recovery      The EESC Group on Fundamental Rights and the Rule of Law (FRRL Group) wishes to inform you about the hearing it will hold on Tuesday, 9 March 2021, between 10:00 and 12:00 on fundamental rights, the rule of law and the post-COVID-19 recovery. The hearing will build on the reflection launched by the FRRL Group at its first hearing on COVID-19 in December 2020, which focused on COVID-19's impact on employers, workers and CSOs and the EU response. It will gather the 21 Members of the FRRL Group and stakeholders to discuss:  how can social partners defend their rights in the recovery plans? how to ensure good management, civil society inclusivity and oversight of the recovery funds? Registration is possible until Monday 8 March at noon. A link will be shared with registered persons before the event.  For any questions related to the event please contact EESC-rights-Rule-Law@eesc.europa.eu     Invitation 09/03/2021 | 10:00 – 12:00 | En ligne      Droits fondamentaux, état de droit et reprise dans l'après-COVID-19     Le Groupe du CESE sur les Droits Fondamentaux et l'Etat de Droit (groupe DFED) souhaite vous informer de l'audition en ligne qu'il tiendra le mardi 9 mars 2021 entre 10h00 et 12h00 sur le thème "Droits fondamentaux, état de droit et reprise dans l'après-COVID-19".   L'audition s'appuiera sur la réflexion lancée par le groupe DFED lors de sa première audition sur le COVID-19 en décembre 2020, qui portait sur l'impact du COVID-19 sur les employeurs, les travailleurs et les OSC et la réponse de l'UE. Elle réunira les 21 membres du Groupe DFED et les parties prenantes pour discuter de:  comment les partenaires sociaux peuvent-ils défendre leurs droits dans les plans de relance? comment assurer la bonne gestion, l'inclusivité de la société civile et la surveillance des fonds de relance?
