Dear AHEPA Family, Supporters, and Friends,

As 2020 draws to a close, please remember to keep AHEPA's charitable-giving foundations in mind when making your year-end charitable contributions.  In preparing for 2021 that includes Greece's Bicentennial, our Centennial Anniversary in 2022, and beyond, we will need your help more than ever. Please help us to sustain our good works and programs that fulfill our Order's worthy mission, sustain and project our heritage, and contribute to the betterment of the community. We are grateful to those who have responded to our appeal and ask for you to follow their example--no gift is too small that supports your heritage and that makes a difference in people's lives

In recent years our members have: provided a global grassroots response to COVID-19 through the AHEPA Cares initiative in addition to backing public health research in Greece with a $30,000 grant; assisted the victims of the Flint Water Crisis with eight "Milk for Flint" drives (and a ninth drive to come), surpassed $1 million in raising funds for cancer research and continued to demonstrate an enduring commitment to Thalassemia (Cooley's Anemia) research, helped to feed the hungry and provided public health assistance in Greece and established a medical library at Evangelismos Hospital, honored our veterans and those who made the ultimate sacrifice, raised awareness about the consequences of PTSD and sponsored 43 service dogs to help wounded warriors (again, with more to come), helped neighbors to recover from natural disasters, advanced the "E" in AHEPA by awarding millions of dollars in scholarships at the national, district and chapter levels (collectively an approximate $2 million annually); and continued to provide dignified affordable housing for very low-income and disabled elderly persons as a recognized nationwide leader in the sector.

AHEPA will continue to speak out and protest during times of need and in defense of Hellenism. AHEPA will always be committed to the principles that hold true to our Order's unique founding -- even in contemporary times.

Thanks to your support, AHEPA will advance the ideals of ancient Greece through a legacy of a century of service to people around the world.
