Perjury Plea The owner of a New Jersey construction company pleaded guilty to perjury after lying during a Department investigation into roof workers’ injuries. Training Grants The Department awarded an additional $637,596 in grants for employment and training services to military service members seeking to enter civilian employment in Maryland. Fall Hazards OSHA has cited a Florida roofing contractor for exposing workers to fall hazards and fined the contractor $134,937.
