Viva everyone!
This newsletter comes fresh from another European Youth Press (EYP) board meeting. This time, we are in Bratislava. We will take this opportunity to say hello to our Slovak MO, European Dialogue, and to all our MO’s. Happy to be a part of this network of media organizations that empowers young media makers to actively participating in the public sphere.
Firstly, I would like to encourage other organizations to become EYP members. You wonder why? Our General Assembly will be held soon, on 19 th and 20 th October in Brussels. A great occasion to join this family. Find out more here. Also, if you are an enthusiastic individual, we invite you to check our website. There are plenty of opportunities and you could be the next one writing this editorial, as we have a call for Board Members. Also, don't forget to fill out our survey. We think it's very important to listen to the experiences of today's young media makers. The results will be presents at our GA.
September has started, whether you are going back to work or to school after an amazing holiday period, embrace it! From our side, that’s how this month looks like. We will continue to work on our day to day business and the preparations of our GA and EYP's 15th anniversary which is coming up!
Being a board member for 2 years gives me some credit to share my experience with you. If you enjoyed what you have seen on the website, it is your time to embark on a journey of professional growth and meeting extraordinary people in Europe and beyond. The EYP has been a school of resilience and friendship.
See you any time soon, at some European corner!
Ajala Carvalho Executive Board Member of EYP

* Don't forget that in summer the EYP blog section has been restarted! It gives you the opportunity to be published. Here is an interesting publication written by Viktorya Muradian, an author from the Orange Magazine. Feel like you want to do just that? Please, write and mail to our colleague Harutyun Tsatryan. |
